Deborah “Deb” Sue Henry, 67, of Delhi passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at O’Connor Hospital following a long battle with cancer. Born November 12, 1953 in Walton, she was a daughter of the late Robert G. Johnson and Beverly Scutt. Deb had a passion for shopping and could always be found at Alice’s Attic in Walton looking for great deals. She also loved trying her luck at scratch offs. The family would like to personally thank the entire staff at Rehabilitation Support Services in Delhi for all the care, love and support they showed to Deb the many years she was in their care. Survivors include her sisters Maryann Johnson, Lynda Plackis (John), Kathie Meehan, Betty Hodges (Jim) and Amy Judd and sister-in-law Anne Johnson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents, Deb is predeceased by her brother Elmer George Johnson and sister Sharon Alger. A service to celebrate Deb’s life will be held at a day and time to be announced by the family. Memorial donations in Deb’s memory may be made Rehabilitation Support Services, 23 Main Street, Delhi, NY 13753 or to Heart of the Catskills Humane Society, 46610 NY-10, Delhi, NY 13753.
