Joan C. Hearl, 91, of Walton, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 23, 2020 at the Delhi Rehabilitation and Nursing Center following a long illness. Joan will be laid to rest at Calverton National Cemetery in the spring at a day and time to be announced.
