Frank grew up in Schenectady, New York and graduated from Schenectady High School in 2003. He went on to attend Hudson Valley Community College obtaining his Associates degree in Mortuary Science in 2005. Frank is an honor graduate from the Joint Mortuary Affairs Center at Ft. Lee, Virginia in 2009 and most recently distinguished honor graduate from the Army Logistics University, Mortuary Affairs Advanced Leaders Course in May of 2018. 

He is a Certified Funeral Celebrant, obtained his Certified Preplanning Consultant (CPC) designation from the National Funeral Directors Association in March of 2011 and in May of 2018 was awarded his CFSP (Certified Funeral Service Practitioner) from the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice, the highest designation awarded to a Licensed Funeral Professional. In July of 2019 Frank was granted membership into the North American Division of the British Institute of Embalmers. Frank has served over 13 years in the Army National Guard and currently serves as a Mortuary Affairs NCO with the Intelligence and Sustainment CO, 42d ID, Scotia, New York.  

He is considered an expert in veteran’s burial benefits and takes great pride in assisting family members of deceased veterans in obtaining any benefits they have earned serving our country.

In his spare time Frank loves spending time with his daughters Gianna (10) and Caleigh Grace (6), son Angelo Robert (2) and his girlfriend Samantha. 

Frank looks forward to the opportunity of serving the families of Walton and Delaware County and to be associated with a family owned funeral home who truly cares about the communities, veterans and families we serve.
